The badge is a unit identifier as a member of the Base Honor Guard Team. The multi-colored ceremonial badge is not a morale badge but a duty badge. Current members of each individual Base Honor Guard team is authorized to wear the badge BUT former members no longer assigned to Baser Honor Guard are NOT authorized.
